No Credit Underwriting - ECF provides loans based solely on the value of the property or project and exit strategy. The borrower's credit score, credit history, outstanding debts, employment, and other credit issues are not material to our decision to lend.

100% Investor Financing - Most lenders will lend on appraised value or purchase price whichever is less. ECF is willing to lend against the true market value of the transaction. Under certain circumstances this means that ECF is willing to lend up to 100% of the purchase price or acquisition price.

Experience and Flexibility - Our greatest value to our clients is our abilty to customize every transaction to fit their needs. ECF's principals have over 30 years of lending and joint venture experience which means we will engage in almost any real estate transaction structue it any way that makes financial sense.

Immediate Decisions and Funding - ECF is a boutique firm and operated by the principals which means we can make decisions quickly. ECF also invests is own capital which means funding can be made availabe immediately and our clients work direclty with decision makers.
